西岐夜譚 A Nightmare of Xiqi

這是一組與 相聲瓦舍 馮翊綱 合作的系列畫。
完整原作十四幅。表現一個故事，名為〈西岐夜譚〉。是一場夢。生活在台灣一座古城的人，在夢中去往了父親出生的古城，那是唐朝的首都長安。
畫作表現夢境，尤其是源於長安的食物、美酒，在夢中都幻化為擬人的魔物。
當做夢者意識到，這是父親的家鄉，自己並不擁有這些記憶，夢又從何而來呢？於親情、於家國、於民族文化的多種情懷，迸發為迷幻的線條、色彩！

This painting series, a collaboration with Feng Yi-Gang from Taiwan’s Comedians Workshop, includes five pieces from fourteen. They tell “A Nightmare of Xiqi.”
In the series, a resident of an ancient Taiwanese city dreams of visiting his father’s birthplace, Chang’an. The paintings show food and wine from Chang’an turning into monsters. The dreamer wonders how he dreams of memories he never had, expressing emotions of family, homeland, and culture through vivid, hallucinatory art.
